Short-lived Combination Rate Cover

A combination airmail, special delivery, registered, return receipt requested cover: August 15, 1944

Effective March 26, 1944, the airmail rate jumped to 8 cents from 6 cents, the registry fee for $5.01 to
$50.00 jumped to 25 cents from 18 or 20 cents, while the return receipt requested fee jumped from 3 cents
to 4 cents.  The special delivery fee remained at 10 cents until 7 months later (November 1, 1944) when it
was increased to 13 cents.  Thus this combination of rates only existed for some 7 months in 1944.
