Killawog - 1955 Registered usage

KILLAWOG/JAN/31/P.M./1955/N.Y. Black 33mm CDS, 4 Bar killer on back of envelope.  Magenta 
                               "REGISTERED/NO." in box, manuscript "73".  4 bar cancels tying 5 cent
                               and two 30 cent Presidential issue of 1938 and 3 cent violet Liberty
                               issue of 1954.  Stamps pay the 3 cent first class postage and 65 cent
                               registration fee for $25.01 to $50.00 indemnity effective January 1, 1952.
