Windsor: February 28, 1818 - Present

The Windsor Post Office was established in Broome County on February 28, 1818.  Prior to that it
was Oquago.  The first postmaster of Windsor was George Harper.  The Windsor Post Office continues
to exist today with a Zip Code of 13865.
