Windsor - 1870's

WINDSOR/AUG/18/N.Y. Black 26mm CDS with black cork killer tying 1 cent ultramarine Continental
                    Banknote Co. issue of 1873 (#156) which paid the drop letter rate.

Windsor - Early 1880's

 Drop letter with quartered cork killer tying 1 cent dark ultramarine American 
 Banknote Co. issue of 1879 (#182) which paid the drop letter rate.

Windsor - 1880's

 Advertising circular for seed list form J.J. Bell, Windsor N.Y.  Third class (circular)
 rate paid with the re-engraved 1 cent gray blue banknote of 1881 (#206).

Windsor - 1884

WINDSOR/MAR/11/1884 Black octagonal datestamp used as a receiving marking on cover
                    mailed from Binghamton, NY on March 10th.

Windsor - 1886

WINDSOR,/SEP/20/1886/N.Y. Black 27mm CDS, no flourishes; quartered cork killer on pair of 1 cent gray
                          blue banknotes of 1881 (#206).  Commercial cover for Owen Brothers Whips and Lashes.  
                          Stamps pay the two cent rate for letters which became effective July 1, 1885.

Windsor - 1886

WINDSOR,/NOV 2 1886/N.Y. Black 27mm CDS with flourishes; target killer on 1 cent gray blue banknote
                         of 1881 (#206) on printed circular of Mutual Relief Society.
                         Stamp pays the one cent rate for a drop letter.
