                             with 2 cent Type III 1st Bureau issue, paying the one
                             ounce first class letter rate effective July 1, 1885.

Windsor R.F.D. - Circa 1904

Windsor/July 6/R.F.D. No.1 Manuscript R.F.D. cancel on patriotic post card. Franked
                           with 1 cent blue green 2nd Bureau issue (#300), paying
                           the first class post card rate effective July 1, 1898.
